In addition, we may use this information for our own internal business uses (i.e. to build industry wide statistics). The Software may contain an area where submissions and feedback can be reported directly to Axioma employees. Any and all information that is voluntarily submitted ("Feedback") will be used for the purposes of reviewing the Feedback and improving Axioma software and services. Axioma reserves the right to utilize the Feedback for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the feedback. In any event, any Feedback voluntarily sent to Axioma will not be treated as confidential and Axioma shall not be liable for any disclosure of the Feedback. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Generally, personal information is not collected by Axioma. However, in some instances, personal information may be collected such as when users voluntarily register for services and other promotional opportunities provided on our sites or provide feedback. In the unlikely event that we collect personal information from you in other areas of our sites, we will provide on-screen notification that we are doing so. We may receive personal usage and demographic information from our third-party partners, and we also collect e-mail addresses from users who send us support mail or request technical or other help. This information enables Axioma to improve our sites to make your online visits more productive and enjoyable.
Axioma may share the personal and aggregate information we collect with our agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other sites operated by or under the control of Axioma.
AGGREGATE INFORMATION
One method of collecting aggregate information about your activities online (such as the pages you access most frequently or the search terms you enter), and information volunteered by you (such as survey or registration information), is by tracking Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you surf the Web. The computers that deliver the Web pages to you automatically identify your computer by its IP address. When you request a page from one of our sites, our servers log your IP address.
Our sites record IP addresses for the purposes of system administration. Some sites record IP addresses to provide aggregate data to advertisers about the volume of use on those sites. We do not.
DISCLOSING PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personally identifying information (e.g., name, postal address, etc.) may be required to receive certain products or catalogs. If you agree and/or give your consent, this information may be shared with our partners or third parties to help us improve our services or to notify you about additional products and services. That is, you may receive information from other companies or entities whose products or services may be of interest to you via email, the U.S. Postal Service or other conventional or electronic means.
In addition, Axioma may disclose personally identifying information upon receipt of legal process seeking such information, or if Axioma determines that disclosure of such information is: (1) required by law; and (2) reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Axioma, its users, or other persons or entities. Nevertheless, Axioma may disclose personally identifying information without first notifying you or obtaining your consent.
