Denis Tarpey - Director of Regulatory Reporting

As part of the Reporting Solutions team, Denis works with new and existing Axioma clients to ensure they are up-to-date with the rapidly evolving regulatory environment. Denis began in the RegTech space in 2012, with the advent of the Dodd-Frank driven Form PF. Prior to Axioma, Denis was at ConceptOne, where he helped develop, implement and advise clients on the use of proprietary SaaS technology to complete the first ever Form PF filings. Denis grew the business by helping scale the software offerings to encompass NFA CPO-PQR and AIFMD Annex IV filings.

Upon Axioma’s acquisition of ConceptOne in 2016, Denis took on a Product Specialist role working with existing filers and advising our developers and sales team to drive Axioma’s Regulatory expansion into Form N-PORT. Prior to working in the regulatory space, Denis was in the Corporate Bond/CDS/Bank Debt world as an Institutional Broker for over 10 years. This background has positioned Denis to not only understand the liquidity issues facing the Fixed Income world today, but also help advise our customers on N-PORT’s liquidity requirements.

Denis holds a BA in Economics from the University of Mary Washington.
